Imperfect and incomplete, yet all the more warm. The work 『Warmth』 is a calligraphic piece expressing the gentleness born from human hands and the warmth of the inner self. I am drawn to things made by human hands, even if imperfect, rather than mass-produced, flawless items. I poured that sentiment into each and every character. Rather than starting strokes at the conventional point, I deliberately placed ink within the characters themselves, expressing emotions seeping out from within. Instead of the angular 「ku」, I centered the piece around the curved 「mo」, prioritizing the expressive quality of faint strokes over sharp, defined lines. Viewers have shared impressions like: 「It feels like sitting under a kotatsu in a cold room」, or 「I can sense the scene of coffee steam rising」. Each person perceives and savors it differently. この作品は、「美しさは完成された形の中だけに存在するものではない」という問いから生まれました。 可読性を保ちながら、あえて歪みを帯びた書体。
計算されていないようでいて、感情の揺らぎをそのまま定着させた線は、観る人の感性に静かに触れます。
正方形に近い端正な表具との対比が、書の「不完全さ」を際立たせ、空間に緊張感と余白をもたらします。 淡墨による柔らかな階調は、光の入り方や時間帯によって表情を変え、日常の中で何度も新しい「美」を発見させてくれます。
外枠にはシルバーのスチール額を採用し、和に留まらず、モダン・ミニマル・インダストリアルな空間にも自然に溶け込みます。 4ヵ月の制作期間を経て仕立てられた一点もの。
言葉を読むための作品でありながら、意味を超えて感覚で所有する書作品です。 ⬛︎なぜこの言葉を部屋に置くのか 部屋に置く言葉は、自分に向けて毎日無言で語りかけるものだと思います。 「something beautiful」という言葉は何かを肯定するための言葉ではありません。
整っていない日や、うまく言葉にできない感情の中にも、それでも確かに存在するものがあるという、静かな視線です。 忙しい日常の中で、意味を考えなくてもいい。
ただそこに在ることで、空間と気持ちを少し緩めてくれる。
この作品はインテリアとして主張するためのものではなく
「自分の感覚を信じていい」という余白を部屋に残すための書です。 ⬛︎最後に すぐに意味が分からなくても構いません。

This work was born from the question: 「Does beauty exist only within perfect forms?」 A deliberately distorted typeface that maintains legibility. 
Lines that seem uncalculated, yet capture the very fluctuations of emotion, quietly touch the viewer's sensibility. 
The contrast with the nearly square, formal mounting highlights the calligraphy's 「imperfection」, bringing tension and negative space to the room. The soft gradations of pale ink change expression depending on the light and time of day, allowing you to discover new 「beauty」repeatedly in daily life. The outer frame uses a silver steel frame, allowing it to blend naturally not only into Japanese-style spaces but also into modern, minimalist, and industrial spaces. A one-of-a-kind piece crafted over a four-month production period. 作品名：草（くさ） 楷書／原画一点物 派手さはない。 だが、決して欠かすことのできない存在がある。 「風」「花」「華」「山」 一文字で様になりやすい言葉は多い。 では、「草」はどうだろうか。 草原に揺れる草、枯れゆく葉、 生け花や庭で脇役とされがちな緑。 しかし草は、常にそこにあり、 花を引き立て、風景に奥行きを与え、 季節の移ろいを最も正直に語る存在だ。 ほとんど墨が残っていないほどの薄墨を用い、 可読性を保った楷書で「草」を書き切った。 淡く、消え入りそうでありながら、 確かにそこに在る。 紙は、あえて整えず。 切らずに、破るという選択をした。 無造作に見えるその輪郭が、 人工と自然の境界を曖昧にし、 作品に呼吸を与えている。 表具は浮かしによる構成。 余白と間が生まれ、 一文字が空間に静かに立ち上がる。 使用した布は、 絣作家・中本扶佐子氏によるもの。 繊細な手仕事と草木染めの風合いが、 「草」という一文字と響き合い、 この作品にしかない佇まいをつくっている。 短い時間では辿り着けない線だけが、 この一枚に残っている。 主張しすぎない。 だが、目に入るたびに心に残る。 静かな強さを、空間に。 これは「飾る書」ではなく、 共に時を過ごす書。 サイズ：縦53㎝ 横41.5㎝ 制作期間：4ヵ月 ................................................. Title: Grass Regular Script / Original Painting, One-of-a-Kind It lacks flashiness. Yet, there exists something utterly indispensable. 「Wind」,「Flower」, 「Beauty」, 「Mountain」 Many words look elegant with just one character. But what about 「Grass」? Grass swaying in the meadow, withering leaves, The green often relegated to supporting roles in flower arrangements or gardens. Yet grass is always there, Enhancing flowers, giving depth to landscapes, The most honest witness to the changing seasons. Using ink so faint it barely leaves a trace, I wrote the character 「草」 in legible regular script. Pale, almost vanishing, yet undeniably present. The paper was deliberately left untrimmed. I chose to tear it, not cut it. Its seemingly careless outline blurs the boundary between artificial and natural, breathing life into the work. The mounting employs a raised composition. White space and intervals emerge, allowing a single character to rise quietly within the space. The fabric used is by kasuri artist Fusako Nakamoto. The delicate handiwork and the texture of plant-dyed fabric resonate with the single character 「草」, creating a presence unique to this work. Only lines that cannot be reached in a short time remain on this single piece. It does not assert itself too strongly. Yet, each time it meets the eye, it lingers in the heart.
